Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) GC
Dark Ruby in color with a nose of dark ripe cherries and forest floor. On the palate powerful and intense with notes of cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry followed by herbal notes, licorice, vanilla and dark chocolate.
Good tannins and a long and persistent finish.
Pairs well with red meats, roasts and hard cheese.
