Made only of selected, overripe grapes grown on the steep slopes of the "Herrenberg" vineyard, facing the banks of the Rhine. This is a wonderful and special wine to be shared at a special occasion.
Only 250 cases made.
This is a lusciously sweet wine made from selected, hand-harvested grapes. It offers intense aromas of honey, pear, peach, pineapple, as well as hints of mineral notes and petroleum. The residual sweetness is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity. It is full bodied with a rich texture and a long finish. This is a great apéritif, and pairs well with lobster, light crab dishes, Asian food, fruit-based desserts as well as goat cheese.
