This off-dry Riesling reflects the minerality of the vineyards owned by the Domain Oppenheim in a very harmonious way. It exemplifies the abilities of this traditional estate. 625 cases produced.
This Riesling offers a complex bouquet, honeysuckle and rich mineral notes, a well integrated acidity and a good structure. Pairs well with light dishes, spicy dishes, sushi, salads as well as roasted duck.

The State Domain of Oppenheim is a unique winery with a rich history and various top sites representing the different soils typical to the region of Rheinhessen. These include five “Grosse Lagen”, producing “Grand Cru” quality wines.
The Domain specializes in Rieslings and Silvaners that are expressive of their terroir.
The historic winery also acts as an academy for vini- and viticulture.
